Welcome to my website!
I am a computational linguist at the University of North Texas.
My linguistic research interests concern computational modelling of linguistic change, Germanic/Indo-European historical linguistics, and language family diversification. I mainly work in developing causal models (Bayesian inference, neural networks, and agent-based models) for language evolution as a complex system.
Fields of study
- Diachronic linguistics
- Cladistics/Phylogenetics
- Artificial Neural Networks
- Agent-based modeling
- Bayesian inference
